At Allurafin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a formal return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that:

  • Your item is in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number/confirmation email).

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will strictly not be accepted.

4. Damages, Issues, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective or structurally damaged.

  • You received the wrong product, color, or size.

Once you reach out with proof (such as a photo), we will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right via a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization rules:

  • Personal Care & Intimate Goods: Beauty products, undergarments, or personal care items.

  • Custom Products: Special orders, altered items, or personalized goods.

  • Final Sale Items: We unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get the item/size you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new item on our store.

7. European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you reserve the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).

8. Refunds Processing Time

  • Inspection: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned package to let you know if the refund is approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and officially post the refund to your account.
